GENERAL FUNCTION

The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, data integrity and ongoing testing and improvements for HR applications. The HR Systems Administrator performs data analysis, reporting, and research for business initiatives and decision-making. The HR Systems Administrator would partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRBPs, Payroll, and Operations to manage recruiting, HR data and reporting, payroll processing, timekeeping, and other HR application activities.

  

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration of multiple HR applications, including SAP HCM (HR data) and SuccessFactors (recruiting, performance)
  • Leads system update process, including making appropriate recommendations to process owners, leading configuration and testing, and training end users, when appropriate
  • Lead cross-functional team and project meetings, working collaboratively with all necessary individuals to achieve the goals of each given project
  • Work closely with vendors who provide technical development and support of the HR applications
  • Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports, simple and complex, to support strategic decision-making
  • Conducts research and analysis regarding trends, patterns, and issues to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Works closely with department leadership to fully maximize and enhance the HR applications, via collecting and researching specific business and compliance requirements
  • Ensures consistent delivery of established service level agreements through active, ongoing management and resolution.
  • Manages the ongoing maintenance and data integrity of existing systems, including all integrations and reports
  • Performs regular audits and participates in the development of new audits for the HR applications
  • Responsible for reporting of OFCCP compliance and HR Analytics to support various functions, providing information to improve business efficiencies, accuracy and compliance.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • S/B.A. degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years experience work experience
  • 1+ years HRIS experience required
  • Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, data analysis or payroll
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, customers, and vendors
  • Strong facilitation/consulting skills
  • Skill in influencing others and outcomes

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years HRIS experience required, preferably utilizing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, data analysis or auditing required
