To support our global business, Luxottica operates multiple manufacturing and logistics facilities across North America to support our retail stores and wholesale customers.



Responsible for designing and executing strategic projects for lab manufacturing network and lens supply chain for our North America brand customers. Our lab network spans across several central facilities and ~1,000 Lens Crafter stores with several hundred million in total annually operating expense. Our customers include large retail chains, eCommerce and independent doctor offices. Responsible for the success of the transformational journey in Rx operations.



  • Lead the design and execution of network strategy projects
  • Support development of the strategic roadmap to optimize our optical operations network serving various customers
  • Be the independent voice and use fact-based approach to challenge top leaders on current operations and the strategic directions of our future network design
  • Develop complex analytical models and business cases for strategic initiatives
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify key capabilty gaps to help our facilities and supply chain achieve operational excellence
  • Become the expert in supply chain design and on-demand manufacturing
  • Become the expert in eco system trends, competitor dynamics and benchingmarking studies in the optical industry
  • Collaborate, consult and influence all levels of management and associates to drive decisions and result



  • BS in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business
  • Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exhibit thought leadership; strategic, independent and progressive thinking
  • Ability to formalize structure around timelines, critical milestones, and tracking mechanisms
  • Take personal accountability to drive decisions and outcomes across the organization
  • Proven effectiveness driving change in various organizational cultures
  • Experience managing large cross-functional projects to successful conclusion
  • Ability to collaborate, consult and influence all levels of management and associates
  • Ability to challenge Business Leaders at all levels while building relationships and gaining respect. Effectively navigates the organization, leveraging authority and creditability

  • MBA
  • 2~4 years of experience as a consultant with top strategy or operational consulting firms
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, leading strategic projects in a complex organization
