Using your expert graphic production knowledge, you are able to identify, interpret, and execute creative concepts and direction into final vendor development formats. You will take creative concepts and build final mechanicals for product surfaces, print, digital, and all media. This position requires inherent knowledge of prepress, color separations, and product manufacturing processes.



  • Interprets, develops, and executes creative based upon predetermined concepts and supplied artwork
  • Expertly converts creative concepts into production-friendly formats
  • Produces key graphic mechanicals ranging from traditional print to product surface graphics
  • Manages and catalogs art and production files
  • Refreshes current product color and graphic products based upon future brand and business needs
  • Executes color variations and sizing to align with multiple model development defined by line plans
  • Understands and creates graphic tech packs for product concepts
  • Optimizes creative assets for multiple graphic production needs
  • Seamlessly troubleshoots and solves production issues with creative team, development, and vendors
  • Manages and coordinates approvals with creative and development teams



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Mac and PC file compatibility
  • Strong knowledge in print, paint, and graphic application processes including, but not limited to, traditional 4C process, spot color, paint, and textile processes
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with dynamic priorities and deadlines
  • Can cross functionally collaborate and execute direction as needed
  • Learn quickly and apply knowledge to everyday tasks
  • Self-starter and able to deliver excellent results with minimal guidance
  • Keen sense of design and color
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process and timeline oriented
