The Project Supervisor works with cross functional resources and local/global teams to gather requirements and lead improvements on processes and procedures.  Works closely with the Talent and Development team as an administrator to design, deliver and maintain functional training programs and partners with functional departments in determining optimal processes for the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and translates this to a learning platform for employees.



  • Acts as a project manager to lead and facilitate the implementation of local and global projects as well as a relationship between departments
  • Manages the definition and delivery of cross-functional business requirements to deliver quality solutions, process improvement projects and programs that improve the productivity and efficiency of work processes and how these translate to employee know-how.
  • Develops strategic partnerships with business units to develop a solid knowledge of the business, including the business plan, products and core processes.
  • Apply technology, such as virtual instructor-led delivery, virtual lab environments, video, , etc., to enhance the learning experience and expand the education services portfolio
  • Collaborates with functional leaders to maintain current and updated functional training programs for all teams.
  • Evaluates training program effectiveness, ensuring that employees are hiting key milestones; makes adjustments to content and delivery mode as needed.
  • Partners with continuous improvement experts in instruction and learning of continuous improvement processes, including the use of various problem solving and productivity techniques and facilitating High Performance Teams
  • Develop technical training programs for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
  • Manage the Skills Proficiency Matrix for all employees
  • Creates and implement a strategy for a flexible workforce to support market needs
  • Partner with Training Manager to continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry
  • Partner with Training Manager to Monitor and evaluate the performance of all new hires 30-60-90days 



  • Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of technical training/facilitation experience
  • 3+ years experience managing and leading processes
  • Exposure to six sigma methodologies
  • Ability to work within and lead cross-functional team environments (local and global)
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a high volume, multiple shifts, fast paced, complex environment
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Has a solid understanding of the usage of technology in learning, including but not limited to remote virtual delivery, virtual hands-on lab environments, application of social platforms to drive customer engagement, video in online learning, etc.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and creating effective instructional materials
  • Proficient skills in MS office applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish fluency) 



  • Train the Trainer certification
  • PMP Certification
