The Product Associate serves as the point of contact and gatekeeper for all product details for multiple fast growing categories.



  • Analyzes the lifecycle of the active assortment by analyzing existing assortment and identifying areas to invest and to divest
  • Manages the briefing of Collections with product development teams
  • Serves as gatekeeper for all product details, system maintenance and data integrity in product lifecycle management (PLM) system, including systematic management of part numbers, model creation, and SKU update
  • Manages the product calendar
  • Reviews strike-offs/eden prints/protos, track changes and provide clear directional comments to design and development
  • Collaborates with GTM/Sales teams to define seasonal release priority and channel strategies for upcoming collections
  • Generates product tech packs for GTM/Sales (visual decks, tech sheets, marketing playbooks, etc.)
    Support sample storage inventory management, including pulling samples as needed
  • Coordinate to promotional order entry and sample shipments for 3rd party approval
  • Providing digital render revisions as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Product or project management experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Detail oriented and highly accountable to deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter, with ability to anticipate needs and solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
