The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst manages and analyzes distribution flows to ensure product, departments, and systems are synchronized in order to meet on time service requirements and satisfy customer expectations. Provides technical and tactical troubleshooting support in core model environment and utilizes lean principles to spearhead process improvement initiatives. Position requires a self-starter, and will have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects as needed. Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and communicate clearly. Will be able to work on their own initiative, and ideally have previous leadership experience in a logistics & supply-chain environment.



  • Ability to generate creative ideas and has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Well verse with supply-chain and have good logistics network understanding to include import and export in addition to customs and duties
  • Serves as first line support to all logistics associates; provides mentorship and training
  • Communicates with all levels of leadership and brand business partners in a consistent and professional manner
  • Partners with the key departments, Market Support, NPI, and Product to drive alignment of strategies; offers ad-hoc and or daily/weekly assistance
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail
  • Crafts vision and articulates strategies into actionable steps for project execution
  • Provides technical support in shipping environment and testing environment
  • Ability to identify best practices and benchmarking in the organization
  • Provides accurate, detailed and timely reporting to executive and leadership teams
  • Ability to follow product flow from forecast to outbound fulfillment, jumping in wherever necessary to ensure product gets delivered to the customer
  • Maintain strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with the cross-functional teams
  • Verifies accurate information is submitted to US government and other governments regarding import and export shipments



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Logistics or related technical field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience: operations, distribution, demand planning, supply chain operations, analytics
  • High-energy, positive attitude and the ability to accept and manage change in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Team player with a keen-to-learn attitude, dedicated, innovative and with good leadership qualities
  • Experience in product allocation, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain
  • Knowledge of supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and strong business acumen
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to prepare and present information with influence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office



  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience in a fast-paced, changing/growing organization
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
