The Analyst is part of the team that represents Operations for regulatory reporting requests received from our clients and regulatory entities. This role will serve as a liaison between Operations and Compliance on standard reporting requests and is responsible for quality assurance and delivery of regulatory reports within Operations. This role will ensure that standardized reports are serving the needs of internal and external clients from a regulatory standpoint.



  • Provide requested reports in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate reporting tools
  • Identify appropriate trends in data, thus identifying when organization is operating outside of expected norms
  • In coordination with other team members, perform the appropriate level of Quality Assurance on each report prior to delivery to final recipient.
  • Analyze, coordinate and answer Operations team questions
  • Maintain a repository and schedule of reports managed by the Operations Compliance Management team.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to understand, define and support reporting requirements
  • Run the report validation program to ensure reports are still serving the needs of our external partners, using the current regulatory requirements, and correct EyeMed client structure.
  • Establish best practices for tracking and maintaining standardized reporting requests



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork, and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to vlookups, pivot tables, manipulating large volumes of data, creating and troubleshooting formulas.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities



  • SAP BI/Business Objects exposure or equivalent reporting software
