The Sr. Analyst function is responsible for supporting all real estate activities with financial, market, and operational analysis and expertise. This role is critical in supporting long-term strategic planning, brand real estate annual planning, real estate committee, and lease negotiations.



  • Ensure content accuracy and process enhancements on all pro forma and financial related templates, portfolio materials and presentations.
  • Lead real estate reporting and provide high level dashboards to leadership and team members.
  • Coordinate across key partners such as the real estate territory leads, corporate real estate, brands and finance to gather information for needed processes.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend efficiencies to improve the quality and quantity of leasing activity for Luxottica Retail North America Real Estate.
  • Analyze and report on data by developer to assist in real estate negotiation.   
  • Manage developer negotiation data (developer roll up reporting).
  • Provide supplemental data & reporting to territory leads in order to support effective negotiations & favorable rent metrics.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.
  • Build strong relationships by collaborating with team members, manager, and business partners to ensure that business & project goals are met; provide mentoring and oversight for other team members.
  • Analyze spatial data through the use of mapping software & produce reports on geographic data utilizing data visualizations.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience plus experience in retail real estate and/or retail finance.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty store retail real estate in all venue types.
  • Excellent financial analysis skills & advanced excel skill sets.
  • Data oriented with proven ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact independently with various levels of management across the company.
  • Excellent presentation writing skills. Best in class ability to convey – in written form – extremely complex analysis in simple to understand PowerPoint presentation slide decks.
  • Ability to verbally convey complex analysis in ways that typical, non- analytical business professionals can understand & comprehend.



  • Geographic information systems proficiency, preferred.
