The Marketing Administrator will work hand-in-hand with the B2B marketing team as well as the sales operations team. The Administrator will be focused on data management, providing B2B marketing support, and will have responsibility for managing the departmental budget process. This position will also have ultimate ownership of CRM data used for marketing campaigns, thus a working knowledge of CRM systems and experience within the B2B space are critical.



  • Data Management
    • Implement strategies for ongoing maintenance of contact data set within the EyeMed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
    • Work with agencies and third parties to identify distribution issues and provide solutions for resolution for execution of various marketing initiatives
    • Manage flow of information from one system to the next to help facilitate marketing’s segmentation and automation strategies
    • Manage notification and tracking of campaign activities with sales and account management team
    • Provide summary and activity reports of sales and account management tasks within CRM
  • Marketing Support
    • Provide logistical support on campaign activities, inventory management and automated distribution of promotional items to the sales and account management organization
    • Managing lead queues, automations and notification of responses to the sales and account management organization
  • Analysis
    • Partner with key functional areas to understand, define, develop, and execute insight and analytical solutions to drive tangible business results
    • Translate business questions into analytical problems to solve, extrapolate actionable insights from data analysis, and communicate critical findings to business partners efficiently.
    • Lead in the design and execution of multivariate tests/analysis to understand and evaluate business strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide marketing insights and guidance based on key findings that impact business initiatives.
    • Review and analyze company results and identify the best ways to position ourselves in the market.  
    • Collaborate with cross-functional business intelligence and analytics teams for deep dive analysis as needed
  • Budget Management
    • Manages budget processes, entry of projects into SAP, finance accruals for marketing projects and other budget responsibilities as assigned. Communicates financial standing for marketing cost center to executives and project owners.




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years working within CRM platform
  • Ability to independently design analysis and gain actionable insights from data
  • Technical knowledge and or familiarity with:
    • Working with data sets
    • Running reports within CRM
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Marketing tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, SAP C4C, SAP SMC,, DemandTools, Pardot)
    • Hypothesis testing
    • Relational Databases
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, project management, teamwork and organization skills



  • Previous experience with marketing analytics
  • Ability to work cross functionally with business intelligence and CRM administrators
  • Flexible style to accommodate changing needs
  • Ability to create MS Excel macros
  • Proficient in SAS/R/SQL/Python
  • Self-guided, thoughtful and simple approach to problem solving within team
