Responsible for systems and processes that support the brand supply chain (eyecon).

Will require working cross functionally to develop and implement solutions as part of ongoing support and new implementations. Requires working with project teams to ensure upgrades and major enhancements have been tested.



  • Responsible for system testing and validation of new functionality for POS (eyeNET and AcuityLogic) and Inventory Management systems (MIM)
  • Responsible for working with business to gather requirements
  • Collaborate in team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and technology teams on projects, support activities, application development and standardization
  • Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and implementation documents
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and standards
  • Work Remedy (support) tickets from key business owners
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of POS processes and procedures
  • Run the SAP Incomplete Order Report and partner with functional areas on resolution
  • Lead small to mid-scale projects and programs that drive change within Pearle’s operating system including the POS and operating tools
  • Partner with cross-functional departments, shared services, and field leaders to implement new initiatives
  • Monitor and resolution of POS DNPs (did not poll)
  • Solicit AcuityLogic feedback from LO’s and document enhancement requests



  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant program
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems
  • Cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • High level of customer service and communication skills



  • Database management and strong Excel skills
  • Experience working in a Support environment with SLA's
  • Franchise experience
