The Manager of Product will focus on the ongoing management and support of product offerings to our clients primarily in the Strategic Partner segment which serves vision plan members in partership with more than 60 health plans. This role will support commercial as well as Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and other government lines of business.



  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our portfolio of products
  • Serves as subject matter expert for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other government lines of business, responsible for researching and understanding requirements, and providing sales and ongoing product management support
  • Works with internal teams to ensure all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies
  • Acquires and maintains deep understanding of medical/surgical codes used in the administration of vision benefits
  • Manages quarterly/annual code and fee schedule updates needed to support multiple lines of business
  • Leads end-to-end management of Medicare Advantage denial codes
  • Creates detailed documentation including project plans and tracking systems for all assigned initiatives to support organizational optimization and external audit needs
  • Performs detailed program analysis for management reporting, and provides recommendations to assist in business decision making
  • Manages daily ad-hoc product inquiries



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in product management, or related field
  • Strategic mindset with high level of critical thinking
  • Strong organization and follow through skills
  • Strong analytical skills with data accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication
  • MS Office Suite proficiency



  • Benefits, insurance or health care industry experience
  • Understanding of government segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Fed Gov)
  • 5+ years of experience in health care or insurance with an emphasis in product management
  • 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects
  • Understanding of vision care industry
