The Manager, Real Estate is responsible for supporting Real Estate review, approval, and reporting activities. This role is critical in running an effective, efficient, and accurate review and approval process for the Real Estate Function in partnership with the Finance Team.



  • Manage end-to-end process for executive reviews and approvals of all real estate investments including lease renewals, new stores, and store closures.
  • Ensure content accuracy and validate internal alignment with all brands and functions prior to executive reviews.
  • Coordinate reviews with North America Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate.
  • Liaison with Milan Corporate office on all Real Estate matters.
  • Facilitate reviews and coordinate questions/requirements with brands and functions.
  • Submit and track approvals and communicate updates with Real Estate, Finance, Brands, and Construction.
  • Provide regular reporting on status of all projects and measurement against goals.
  • Coordinate across key partners such as the Real Estate Territory leads, Corporate Real Estate, Brands and Finance to gather information for needed processes.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend efficiencies to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of leasing activity for Luxottica Retail North America Real Estate.
  • Build strong relationships by collaborating with team members, manager, and business partners to ensure that business & project goals are met; provide mentoring and oversight for other team members.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience plus experience in retail real estate, retail or project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact independently with senior executives across the company.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent financial analysis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of retail real estate in all venues types.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills. Best in Class ability to convey – in written form – extremely complex analysis in simple to understand ways.
  • Ability to verbally convey complex analysis in ways that typical, non- analytical business professionals can understand.
