The Senior Manager – Operations Compliance Management (OCM) leads the team that represents Operations for Compliance and Audit requests, received from our clients and regulatory entities.  They are responsible for the oversight and leadership of the team’s participation in client audits, regulatory reporting and driving compliant practices throughout Operations. 



  • Leads the OCM team by providing oversight, direction, and performance management of the OCM team, including mentoring/development of individual team members.
  • Organize and prioritize workload for the OCM team to meet deadlines with respect to audits and regulatory reporting
  • Act as escalation point and represent OCM for audits and regulatory reports with internal and external parties
  • Creates and supports standard processes and procedures to effectively deliver on compliance and audit requests within a timely manner
  • Oversee day-to-day compliance activities for OCM team members to ensure proper coverage for client audits and reporting deliverables
  • Leads project management and prioritization effort of identified Compliance gaps and corrective action plans within Operations
  • Works with the Compliance Program team and Operations department to ensure consistent problem resolution occurs across the organization
  • Works with Compliance SMEs in other functional areas on projects that require cross-department collaboration
  • Review regulatory bulletins issued to understand the requirement and impact to Operations, confirm compliance, identify gaps, and present to leadership
  • Partner with Compliance Programs team to present project updates and escalate projects to leadership as needed
  • Reports on OCM’s Key Performance Indicators to internal partners
  • Support the OCM team by leading client audits and running regulatory reports as needed
  • Develops recommendations to remediate known issues in a risk-based approach
  • Identify, lead, and implement department and cross-functional process improvement initiatives



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years’ work experience
  • Experience in a managing a team
  • Analytical approach to process review and results
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Collaborative workstyle with the ability to influence, build partnerships, teamwork and good working relationships
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and management
  • MS Office Suite proficiency



  • Experience in an MA environment, including initiatives to meet regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in performing effective monitoring and oversight
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework within which the company operates
  • Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel
