The Lead Business Analyst supports the local Distribution team in gathering and prioritizing requirements related to System Developments and leads cross functional teams to define, test and deliver new IT solutions.

Creates detailed functional specifications, collaborates with techincal team, provides quality assurance oversight and guides business teams through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution implementation.

The BA plays a key role in guaranteeing continuous improvement of the different processes through analysis of recurring issues, troubleshooting and proposal of changes to both processes and systems.



  • Learns and understands business area processes and operating models; translates business needs into detail techincal requirements for logistics distribution, warehouse operations, demand and supply planning.
  • Ability to convey and promote the recommended changes ultimately seeking buy-in and alignment across business teams.
  • Assists with developing project estimates, plans and implementation schedules for assigned area in order to effect a variety of business solutions.
  • Understands both the business and IT strategic and tactical goals in order to focus functional team(s) on highest business impact and ensures tasks are adequately defined, planned and completed.
  • Directs the business requirements gathering process by responsibly collecting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.
  • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all technical SAP system aspects of processes related to logistics distribution, warehouse operations, demand and supply planning and acts as the reference person to connect the IT department with the rest of the organization.
  • Perform User Acceptant Test for new enhancements and project implementations ensuring business requirements are fully meet and potential risks are identified and mitigate.
  • Documents work, including change requests and functional specifications, end user documentation (SOP), troubleshooting best practices etc.
  • Facilitates meeting groups, tracks and influences progress and tracks deliverables in order to resolve issues.



  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.   
  • 7+ years Information Systems/Business experience.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and WMS (SAP DWM preferred)
  • Strong Analytical skills (SQL, DB management)
  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities with existing and new business processes
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Strong voice of reason and knows challenge the status quo.
  • Experience with collecting requirements and implementation details
  • Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, and testing.
  • Clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services
  • Highly proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office applications 



  • Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research.
  • Experience developing web tools
  • Experience with RPA and task automation tools (ex. UiPath)
  • Experience utilizing requirements, best practices, and standards in fashion industry
