To support our global business, Luxottica operates multiple manufacturing and logistics facilities across North America to support our retail stores and wholesale customers.



The Sr. Network Strategy Analyst is responsible for data mining and analysis to maximize service and efficiency in the North America Logistics Network.  Analysis includes recommendation to improve KPI related moves and to understand issues that are driving the service performances or costs inefficiencies.  The Sr. Network Strategy Analyst develops, analyzes and presents solutions through collaboration with internal departments such as planning, operations, business systems/IT, and engineering.  The Sr. Analyst interfaces with all levels of business professionals within the organization.



  • Builds and leverages relationships with functional leaders and internal business partners to deliver optimal supply chain solutions.
  • Provides analytical and system support for the development, implementation & management of strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Assists in developing business tools and processes to capture and monitor metrics for supply chain processes.
  • Design, engineer and generates reports for regional and corporate stakeholder review.
  • Regularly analyzes supply chain data to ensure key performance indicators are met in order to develop and lead new processes, procedures and corrective actions.
  • Monitors workflow to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Develops quantitative supply chain, operational and customer solutions through collaboration with internal and external organizations.
  • Regularly analyzes data and makes recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinates and implements operations, transportation, and supply chain best practices.
  • Acts as main point of contact and liaison between Operations, Planning, Manufacturing and Transportation.
  • Conducts ad-hoc analysis.
  • Weekly and daily KPI reporting to leadership team.
  • Project management.
  • Provides leadership to Planning/Simulation team



  • Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems)
  • 3+ years in related work experience
  • Detail and Results oriented
  • Data driven
  • Strong project management and communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Strong problem solving skills, proven ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
  • Self-Starter; team player
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
