The Specialist of Store Excellence Analytics & Insights will be a key member of the Store Excellence Team focused on P&P and Business Analysis.  This role will be responsible for providing expertise reporting/analysis.  Additionally, this position will serve as the key point of contact for data and reporting for the team and key stakeholders.



  • Organize, consolidate, and analyze store data
  • Present analyzed data in way that is actionable and facilitates planning
  • Support the creation and implementation of new reporting, tools, processes, and “ways of working”
  • Build, analyze and distribute standardized reporting
  • Establish processes and tools to efficiently analyze effectiveness, and track feedback to generate improvements in the future
  • Manage responsibilities in maintaining store database
  • Identify and escalate both positive and negative trends to ensure quick and appropriate action is taken
  • Partner with the Directors of Store Excellence to help ensure effective deployment of the team
  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with field and Corporate  



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or related field.
  • 3+ Years’ experience in related field.
  • Superior communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills – Power BI, Tableau, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to navigate and make decisions without clear direction
  • Proven ability to convert data into plans
  • Organized-driven team member, able to act independently, and capable of switching rapidly between different projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
