GENERAL FUNCTION


The Analyst, Engagement & Employer Branding will be responsible for focused on optimizing the moments that matter through the employee experience lifecycle. This role will partner closely with Talent COE stakeholders and HR partners to optimize the utilization of Talent Acquisition tools and operationalize Engagement initiatives. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support connection of Talent team initiatives to engagement and employer branding team strategies
  • Support driving Regional engagement through culture initiatives and strong project/program management expertise
  • Enhance metrics and analytics strategy to measure Employer Brand effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage data administration and results analysis for functional initiatives. Identify and enlist internal resources and vendor partnership, as needed.
  • Execute of Regional recognition programs and campaigns based in organizational values and the empowerment of employees to drive results.
  • Analyze and utilize data for evaluation of recruiting channel accounts to recognize opportunities and drive recruitment results.
  • Support the implementation of global branding initiatives from Luxottica's global Talent Acquisition & Communication team into the North American region
  • Draw on HR background and business savvy to identify red flags in messaging or experience.
  • Stay current with trends in employer branding, engagement and organizational culture, as well as external trends in the employee experience cycle.
  • Strategically collaborate with and build relationships across Business Units. 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources or related area
  • 2+ years of human resources, communications, or marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple functions
  • Data oriented with proven ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact independently with various levels of management across the company.
  • Excellent presentation writing skills. Strong ability to convey analysis and recommendations in simple to understand PowerPoint presentation slide decks.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across functional areas within and external to the Talent team; building and maintaining excellent working relationships across the organization with multiple and diverse teams.
