The position of Analyst of Operations contributes to running eCommerce operations in North America, both on direct and 3rd party websites, by overseeing several operational tasks and analytics in collaboration with Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Business departments as well as the rest of the ecommerce operations team.

The Analyst is focused on day-to-day operations including order management, process improvement, as well as strengthening the analytic capabilities of the operations team.

The Analyst is also responsible for supporting the rollout of projects from an operations perspective.



Operations day to day and process improvement

  • Ensure adequate order management to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction
  • Improve analytics supporting day-to-day operations and developing insights to support continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Identify actions to improve returns rate, cancellations and NPS
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Act as the logistics liaison, optimizing day-to-day order fulfillment and ensuring timely and efficient order and returns processing
  • Supports various supply chain initiatives, collaborating with Logistics, Laboratories and Customer service
  • Coordinate and support Finance and Business to reduce costs and improve OI and ensure accounting consistency

Operations analytics

  • Owns the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions, aggregating data from a variety of data sources and maintaining data infrastructure
  • Designs and develops automated reporting and data visualization solutions to enable stakeholders to monitor the business and operations and make effective decisions
  • Provides in depth actionable insights to allow the identification of issues/ opportunities and recommendations to improve processes
  • Collaborates with other analytics centers of excellence in digital, logistics, IT and customer service teams
  • Supports spreading analytics best practices across brands



  • 3+ years of operations and/or analytics or experience in related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong excel skills and analytical mindset and experience
  • Experience with basic Office suite (i.e. excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with big datasets
  • Hands on attitude and problem-solving focus
  • Deep understanding of business intelligence/ data infrastructure and tools and keen interest in working with databases, data mining, visualization, and identification of insights
  • Ability to create data visualizations that clearly highlight patterns and insights
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently
  • Team player, willing to help out wherever needed. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment



  • Experience working in eCommerce or related field
  • Master’s degree in Business or Computer Sciences
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (such as Power BI) a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Experience in building business intelligence infrastructure and solutions a plus
  • Strong communications, presentation, and project management skills
