The Director of Customer Analytics will oversee advanced analytics and audience management using consumer data to create actionable consumer insights and effective targeting activities for Luxottica’s NA Brands including Sunglass Hut, Oakley, Costa, Native and OSI.  The Director accelerates the use of consumer data, identifying targeting opportunities. Additionally, the Director serves as a champion for expanding consumer analytics across Luxottica, inspiring business leaders to adopt a consumer-centric, data-driven approach for all Luxottica North America brands.




  • Deepens consumer knowledge through advanced analytics.
  • Provides strategic thoughts, using consumer analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Advances the relevancy and effectiveness of CRM contact strategy through effective targeting selection using segmentation and all the other available drivers.
  • Manages consumer metrics and campaign KPIs
  • Oversee timelines and proper execution of ideas within fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Oversee budget & forecasting
  • Manage a team of direct reports
  • Manage internal & external agency relationships to maximize efficiencies
  • Lead the CRM planning and communications that supports the NA Brand businesses
  • Serve as main point of contact for the Brand, communicating ongoing updates of project status, results & learnings, broader industry trends 



  • BS/BA in statistics, mathematics, economics, or quantitative field
  • 10+ years’ Analytics experience
  • 5+ years’ Supervisory experience leading analysis & reporting activities
  • Experience with SQL an Business Objects
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain data insight or campaign performances to business stakeholders
  • Experience designing and analyzing campaigns to measure effectiveness
  • Experience in the application of modeling and analysis for consumer marketing campaign optimization and customer insights
  • Demonstrated strategic thought from an analytical marketing perspective
  • Ability to develop and share vision for customer analytics
  • Ability to probe and diagnose brand issues with an understanding of how to leverage database analyses to provide insights
