The Manager of e-Commerce (Sunglass Hut) is responsible for the day to day management of the Sunglass Hut host stores (including, BassPro/Cabelas, & etc.) The role involves maintaining excellent relationships with partner store teams as well as effectively measuring and maximizing all relevant KPIs related to each store in terms of revenue, traffic and overall performances.  Continual sourcing of new business opportunities, both internally and with new external partners, is also expected.  Reporting into the Director for eCommerce of SUN brands, close collaboration with the global corporate team in Milan is also essential.



  • Manages the relationship with existing external business partners.
  • Work professionaly and effectively with a number of internal departments (Store Operations, Marketing, IT, Warehouse etc.)
  • Continuously looks for new business opportunities with existing as well as new store partners in order to continually grow the business.
  • Manages the day by day activities required by the shops in shop, providing assets to the partners, curating their assortment, launch and removal of promotions, etc.
  • Constant monitoring of all partner sites in order to mazimize performance & KPIs; specifically but not limited to revenue, traffic, conversion, accuracy of data, speed of shipments etc.
  • Coordinate omnichannel projects through dedicated resources.
  • Use market research, customer surveys, and web analytic data to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Serves as expert on trendsetting practices in local eCommerce sites functionality.
  • Understand business requirements coming from corporate teams, working with resource and project managers to meet scheduled timelines.
  • Coordinate with local Marketing/CRM teams to ensure a proper cross-channel communication.
  • Ensures quality and consistent execution of all eCommerce operational processes.
  • Reporting and analysis based on major KPIs sales, traffic, conversion, etc.
  • Creation of presentations and documents to share external and internal.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing eCommerce sites and working with multiple teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, warehouse, etc).
  • Some experience in project management for site improvements and updates.
  • Proven track record of success in helping to analyze and solve significant business problems.
  • Strong track record of working effectively with product and technology teams, and marketing and branding teams
  • Direct experience with serving customers (internal and external)
  • Proven track record in leading change in a growth business
  • Experience utilizing process leadership to drive standardization and improvement in business results
