GENERAL FUNCTION

The Manager, Employer Brand will support content creation, operations & strategies for EssilorLuxottica in North America and its entities by leading & curating content, copywriting, and general administration. This person must be comfortable with managing several projects at once with multiple inputs, delivering on deadlines and driving creative operations and process.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage employer brand presence on external recruiting channels including community management & employee advocacy (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed)
  • Support development of Employer Value Propositions across marquee brands including asset creation, asset management and distribution.
  • Update and improve EssilorLuxottica NA and Retail Brand external career sites actively with improvements through the Employer Value Propositions
  • Execute all retail content calendar development to drive increased brand awareness and perception
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Communications, HR, and Global Employer Brand stakeholders when it comes to the relevancy of all performance data and story-gathering.
  • Drive the creation of in-store & digital collateral, socializing and distributing for all brand and hiring needs
  • Build stronger employer branding support tools & frameworks to elevate capabilities in TA, HR & Hiring Managers to drive user generated content and word of mouth hiring
  • Support creative executions across EssilorLuxottica and its brand for any critical talent needs
  • Oversee a cadence of external channel reviews, brand perception & recommendations for improvement
  • Support team operations and special projects to ensure collaboration across Employer Brand, Engagement & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion work.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Related Field
  • 5+ years marketing, communications or HR.
  • Strong writing abilities with experience supporting marketing campaigns & strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management
  • Proactive communication with internal and external teams
  • Thrive in a dynamic and results driven organization
  • Advanced level knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Retail industry experience
  • Agency experience
