GENERAL FUNCTION 

The Senior Analyst plans, analyzes and delivers CRM campaigns to support key Luxottica businesses in North America: Lens Crafters, Contacts Direct and Glasses.com. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Customer Analytics, the Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering audience targets to support campaigns tied to key business outcomes. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Advances the relevancy and effectiveness of CRM contact strategy through effective targeting selection using segmentation and all the other available drivers.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of campaigns using consumer metrics and campaign KPIs to inform future programs
  • Manages marketing automation tools including audience selection, campaign planning, and workflow development
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders on strategic planning and campaign execution to meet marketing objectives
  • Develops and document well-defined standardized processes
  • Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • BS/BA in marketing, computer science or mathematics (or related work experience)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in database technologies and applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases including tables and joins
  • Experience with targeting and query tools like SQL, Unica or similar
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing and analyzing campaigns to measure effectiveness
  • Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical programs
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time to meet deadlines 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate degree
  • Retail background
