The Senior Analyst plans, analyzes and delivers CRM campaigns to support key Luxottica businesses in North America: Lens Crafters, Contacts Direct and Reporting to the Sr Manager of Customer Analytics, the Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering audience targets to support campaigns tied to key business outcomes. 



  • Advances the relevancy and effectiveness of CRM contact strategy through effective targeting selection using segmentation and all the other available drivers.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of campaigns using consumer metrics and campaign KPIs to inform future programs
  • Manages marketing automation tools including audience selection, campaign planning, and workflow development
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders on strategic planning and campaign execution to meet marketing objectives
  • Develops and document well-defined standardized processes
  • Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed



  • BS/BA in marketing, computer science or mathematics (or related work experience)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in database technologies and applications
  • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases including tables and joins
  • Experience with targeting and query tools like SQL, Unica or similar
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing and analyzing campaigns to measure effectiveness
  • Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical programs
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time to meet deadlines
