The eCommerce Sr. Analyst oversees online activities planning across multiple teams. These activities include brand campaigns, eCommerce promotions, product launches, strategic growth projects and more. The candidate will manage day to day activities working in coordination with the CRM, Performance Marketing, Content, Analytics, and other shared services teams and external vendors. Post project launch eCommerce Sr. Analyst will be responsible for providing insights and driving recommendations for the digital marketing and sales strategies. This includes analyzing and reporting on website traffic, marketing campaign, user behavior and merchandising performance.


This position reports to eCommerce Sr Manager and partners closely with the Site Merchandising, E-Commerce, CRM, Online marketing and Global Analytics team and will manage website and business reporting for the team. 



  • Manages business communication strategy structure based on brand and business calendar alignment.
  • Implements and maintains on time and qualitative execution of the marketing calendar partnering with the content team.
  • Partners with the CRM team to define and deliver customer retention and loyalty strategies.
  • Assists with management of online metrics and makes recommendations for continued improvement and optimization
  • Analyzes various business initiatives and campaigns launched on website
  • provide strategic insights based on data for business growth
  • collaborate and support marketing team in execution of digital campaigns to ensure on-time delivery/launch aligning with the GTM calendar.
  • Defines and document project work breakdowns, monitors tasks, status, and updates work estimates.
  • Analyze behavioral web analytics data to deliver insights, identify gaps in results, and make recommendations for optimizations; familiar with marketing channel, user segment, page, clicks, heat maps, checkout funnel and path analysis. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, economics or another quantitative field required.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or eCommerce
  • Experience in project management methodologies and resource management to ensure project results contribute to business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Understanding of Adobe Analytics tools for analysis, insight sharing and data presentation
  • Understanding of digital marketing tactics and their impact on web behavior
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams engaged in supporting the direct online channel, including sales, marketing, customer support, IT, product and engineering
  • Team player, willing to help wherever needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
