The Marketing Specialist provides digital asset management services to Wholesale customers including omni-channel Department Stores and eCommerce accounts. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for engaging representation of our brands online, robust information for end consumers, and speed to market.


  • Creates and maintains schedule of assets in-process, implemented, and retired.
  • Assists with facilitating the timely acquisition, delivery, and tracking of digital assets and copies in partnership with Account Managers/Directors.
  • Provides periodic reports to varied corporate groups on marketing assets.
  • Ensures access and completeness of product information for retail partners through product information feeds (GXS, etc.).
  • Writes online copy for retail partners including product descriptions, features and benefits.
  • Audits customer websites to ensure accuracy of product information.
  • Audits customer websites for compliance on brand marketing assets and coordinates updates of digital assets when necessary.
  • Maintains database of approved customer websites by brand.
  • Works closely with internal partners: Sales Management, Department Store Account Management, North America Marketing team, Corporate Digital Marketing, Product team.
  • Works in a variety of applications including Microsoft Office, Content Lab, FTPs.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year(s) of digital experience or working in a similar line of work
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint


  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Asset Management or Digital Media
