The Administrator Account plays a critical role in supporting our sustainable online growth strategy through growth of the Amazon and accounts. The Administrator Account will assist the Sr Account Manager in analysis, execution of projects and day-to-day management of the accounts.

The Administrator Account is responsible for tactical support of customer strategies that furthers our mission to maximize sales, reach new consumers, and increase market share. The Administrator Account works with customers and internal teams to achieve team quarterly / annual performance objectives including sales and average unit price (AUP) targets as set in quarterly and annual MBO goals.




  • Track active assortment and new-product-introductions (NPI) to ensure full approved assortment for Amazon. Collaborate with Digital Merchandising Specialist to ensure timely setup of NPI.
  • Partner with customer, IT and Operations teams to setup new brands including brand opening, assortment definition, vendor agreements and EDI setup.
  • Partner with customer and Digital merchandising specialist to resolve any site issues post item set-up to ensure accurate detail pages and parent/child groupings.


  • Assist with setup of promotional events with Amazon and, including brand marketing approvals, assortment definition and promotional pricing setup.
  • Provides insight for Brand Managers on sell-through trends and opportunities


  • Participate in monthly reviews of fill rate and inventory planning with our Collaborative planning team.
  • Engage in quarterly review of Core and Non-core assortment to align planning and sales objectives.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on new product (NPI) supply needs for procurements.


  • Partner with Operations to ensure in-stock availability via addressing issues that cause order failure.
  • Partner with customer and operations to identify and execute projects to improve supply, reduce returns and otherwise improve consumer experience.
  • Partner with Operations and customer to manage and execute assortment updates including pricing, vendor code updates and item source ability.
  • Monitor MAP lists and partner with customer to ensure MAP compliance.



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years relevant experience in e-commerce, including in consumer goods or retail
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Results-oriented and highly competent in influencing others to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective project management skills, strong organization and time management
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoints



  • Experience working at or with Amazon or
  • Proficient in SAP
