The Sr. Manager Finance provides financial leadership and insightful business analysis on all Marketing Investments across Wholesale, Retail and Ecommerce. This position requires strong, broad, and progressive functional capabilities in strategic planning, accounting, and consumer insights as well as financial planning, forecasting and analysis. This Sr. Manager must translate financial matters into easily understandable concepts in order to utilize strong interpersonal skills and influence through relationship building, business insights and critical thinking.



  • Acts as the liaison between Brand/Business FP&A and the Marketing teams
  • Leads the Marketing teams through the quarterly forecasting process as well as the annual budgeting process
  • Ensures Brand/Business FP&A are aligned on all marketing expense forecasts
  • Analyzes the variances of all marketing investments between actual, forecasted, and prior years
  • Works with the Marketing teams to identify corrective actions or opportunities for improvement
  • Maintains accountability for the direction, control and coordination of all financial activities for the marketing investments
  • Works with project owners to develop business cases, the annual budget and quarterly forecast for capital control
  • Coordinates with the responsible teams to ensure all the processes are performed in line with the defined procedures for PO/POR/Expense approval administration
  • Collaborates with the Accounting team to ensure accruals are posted as required
  • Supports the Analytics team as well as the Marketing team to evaluate the outcome of the recommended investments in analyzing ROI
  • Monitors the actual versus the expected results for the recommended investments



  • S. and CPA and/or M.B.A. in Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Successful track record of increasing responsibilities throughout career
  • Demonstrated record of tangible improvements in results / processes during career
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to drive results through a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to persuade others



  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Marketing Controlling role
  • Retail or Wholesale experience
