The Marketing Specialist role will support the development, execution and monitoring of retail programs that will drive traffic and conversion in stores in a timely manner and in a fast-paced environment.  They will engage and help develop communities in a standard and brand-right way to further develop local relationships.  The initiatives will help increase brand awareness in younger and new customers. The role will execute the global brand vision in all activities. 


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mall Marketing
    • Establishes and manages relationships with mall marketing teams and other local/regional marketing partners and vendors
    • Develops mall retailer tool kit
  • Employee Marketing/Engagement
    • Manage relationship and marketing efforts between Employee Branding team and Global Marketing team to ensure
  • One Sight/Purpose Driven activities
    • Ensure One Sight and/or purpose driven marketing is woven into evergreen marketing
  • Calendar Management
    • Regular updating of marketing calendar
  • Project Management of:
    • Global Campaigns that require deliverable updates and changes including needs from Host businesses
    • Postmortem campaign
  • Maintains the Marketing Calendar
  • With the guidance of Marketing Director, leads the creation, production and coordination of promotional materials, shipping and inventory
  • Support Corporate Marketing team projects as needed and requested (research, benchmarking, presentations).


Other duties

  • Assist in the execution of the master Retail Marketing calendar – Stores & Brand activities.
  • Supports CRM growth in all activities
  • Prepares and manages timelines to keep projects on time
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity
  • Transfer learnings and knowledge to regions.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams product planning, training, retail ops, Field partners & external partners to ensure the program is successful and flawlessly executed.
  • Builds best-in-class ‘library’ of activities and transfer knowledge across regions.
  • Miscellaneous including:
    • Brand Book
    • Appointment Booking
    • How to win documents


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in retail marketing programs that drive new customers
  • Retail marketing experience coordinating local events a plus
  • Strong project management skills. Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creates a fun, inspiring, and inclusive work environment that reflects the culture of the brand.
