The Specialist- Operations contributes to running direct eCommerce in North America, both on direct and 3rd party websites, by overseeing several operational tasks in collaboration with Logistics, Supply Chain and Business departments.  He/she is focused on: day to day operations including order management, process improvement, back order analysis and supply chain projects.



  • Ensure adequate order management to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize day-to-day business functions including WCS and SAP
  • Facilitate the Quality Assurance process
  • Identify actions to improve returns rate and cancellations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Act as the logistics liaison, optimizing day-to-day order fulfillment and ensuring timely and efficient order processing
  • Work cooperatively with warehouse teams to coordinate all logistical aspects for special projects
  • Work with optical labs to ensure qualitative and fast delivery of RX jobs for online business
  • Supports various supply chain projects



  • 3+ years of Operations and/or experience or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Results focused with a proven track record
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with basic Office suite (i.e. excel, Powerpoint)
  • Hands on attitude
  • Ability to influence; strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong blend of analytical, decision making, and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong communications, presentation, and project management skills
  • Collaborator – ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to define and execute programs and build consensus for best results



  • Experience working in eCommerce or related field
