The Project Specialist, will support the organization in initiatives aimed to support the growth and evolution of the organization and business by partnering with Operations, Sales, After Sales, Finance and all other internal departments. The function ensures consistent service levels to our customers in strategic projects through a solution oriented and problem solving mindset combined with a deep knowledge of the supply solutions and service policies. 



  • Partner with the Supply Chain Project Manager to ensure the effective execution of business improvement and Customer support projects
  • With the support of the SC Project Manager, manage assigned projects, verifying execution to defined requirements, monitor progress to deadlines
  • Perform thorough analysis, evaluate all aspects of business processes and projects including, planning, supply tracking and commercial requirements.
  • Support the business and functional units in achieving their goals by serving as a facilitator, project manager, change agent, process expert, etc.
  • Become a technical expert in our operating systems, being able to align and verify market expectation with actual setup in SAP
  • Provide problem solving solutions as necessary when difficulties arise during the course of a project.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guarantee constant alignment with the Project Management team



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field from an accredited college/university
  • 2+ years of related work experience in consulting or product industry with a focus on business process improvement and automation and/or digital tools for consumers
  • Ability to understand, map, document and analyze current business processes, with the ability to translate user needs into tools and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver strong execution
  • Able to work & problem solve in a highly complex/matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational, business and project management skills
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work and influence cross functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point
