The Senior Director of Analytics And Operations Services is responsible for ongoing review of the Pearle Vision retail, franchise, and doctor businesses to identify opportunities for business improvement. The role advises Pearle Vision senior leaders in project and action prioritization and in the analysis of key organizational hypotheses ultimately driving to conclusions leveraging data and cross-functional insight. Responsibilities range from developing strategy and tools to support field consultancy for both the franchise and corporate businesses to identifying, developing business case and working with cross functional teams to identify partners and launching of commercial offerings to support the franchise business. This position is responsible for leading the teams responsible for translating strategic plans into successful in-store execution and/or implementation resulting in customer growth, stronger associate engagement, revenue growth and business profitability.



  • Defines and implements strategic decisions by benchmarking, evaluating, testing and recommending best practices that align with business building strategies
  • Responsible for business evaluation and prioritization of Brand initiatives form business case evaluation to project oversight.
  • Manages overall roadmap and leads the delivery of key Brand initiatives (non-run the business), including cross-functional projects.
  • Benchmarks with retail and non-retail establishments and applies learnings for potential competitive advantage.
  • Partner on enhancements/development for the patient experience; overseeing delivery to the field and stores and providing analysis on results.
  • Lead analytics team with responsibility for monitoring and analyzing ECC and Licensed Operator performance and providing proactive and actionable insights to Field Leadership and Licensed Operators.
  • Ensure ECC level execution meets brand targets for initiatives (e.g. promotions/pricing, merchandising, etc.).
  • Manages the Real Estate strategy, including opening, closing decisions, remodeling and lease renewal.
  • Leads teams to overcome obstacles through flexibility in leadership style, effective negotiation and decision making.



  • 4 year College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12 years retailing or equivalent
