The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for the consolidation and submission of management results to Corporate, overall oversight (forecast, actuals, and variances) and modeling business projections and ROI for future acquisitions for the Team Vision team.


The leader must be able to effectively summarize their detailed business understanding into executive level presentations with insightful perspective. The associate must have outstanding inter-personal and communication skills to effectively participate on cross-functional brand projects and partner with the corporate team in Milan and shared services to resolve issues. 



  • Provides non-clinical services to eye care Professional Companies(PC), including but not limited to services such as revenue cycle management, IT, Marketing, HR, finance/accounting, etc.
  • Provider of B2B MSO services that puts independent ECP‘s at the center; removes the administrative burden of running the retail side of the practices so that doctors can focus on medical care
  • Optimizes and simplifies the supply chain, carry the best lens and frame brands made by EssilorLuxottica
  • Creates counter-private equity narrative through key messages with the only doctor ownership model, a strong focus on the doctor legacy and patient-centricity
  • Produce annual budget with input from top management
  • Produce forecast in conjunction with the annual forecast process.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales forecast for each location.
  • Develop and calculate monthly incentive plans.
  • Involved in the initial business modeling and business cases for future acquisitions.
  • Consolidation and submission (via Hyperion) of actuals, plan, forecasts and monthly estimates including standard P&Ls, product sales/units and working capital
  • Produce monthly P&L statements by location
  • Create variance analyses compared to forecast, budget, and history to identify threats and opportunities
  • Outstanding business acumen and critical thinking skills; brings logical solutions to business issues (not just financial)
  • Business leader with broad financial background (FP&A, accounting, M&A, etc.)
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into key business drivers
  • Financial and management reporting skills – can develop easy to understand reporting with insightful perspective
  • Presentation skills; experienced in creating and delivering presentation for senior management
  • Proven track record of improving processes and creating value beyond their immediate area of influence
  • Strong drive and sense of urgency 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Hyperion Planning and Essbase experience 



  • Experience with a retail organization
