The Senior Manager of Strategy & Experience will support the Brand in defining and leading strategic initiatives aimed to support the growth and evolution of the organization by partnering with Operations, Marketing and all other internal departments, with a particular focus on those groups leading Luxottica’s guest experience and omnichannel efforts. A knack for strategic and creative thinking, combined with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset will be key to offering a fresh perspective on how the Brand competes in the Optical space.



  • Conduct external research on the Optical industry and competitors in the space, considering general business developments, but maintaining a more substantial focus on guest experience and omnichannel efforts; keep a pulse on guest experience and omnichannel developments in retail more broadly, including the efforts of our host partners
  • Support the process of defining and structuring RLB’s overall strategy, as well as its guest experience and omnichannel strategy, including the selection and prioritization of efforts
  • Lead financial valuations and feasibility assessments for strategic initiatives
  • Act as the liaison between the brand, the host and the various internal groups at Luxottica involved in guest experience and omnichannel efforts
  • Accountable to implementing the Brand’s overall strategy, guest experience, and omnichannel initiatives by acting as lead Project Manager and owning timeline/deadline tracking of the various workstreams, ensuring communication and alignment between the various parties involved, and keeping execution on track
  • Create presentations for both the Brand and host senior management
  • Serve as a strategy leader and experience expert as necessary when difficulties arise during multi-disciplinary projects.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver strong execution.
  • Able to work & problem solve in a highly complex/matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational, business and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and to effectively lead and communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity, research creative solutions and implement new processes.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work and influence cross functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point



  • MBA or related graduate level degree
  • Experience in optical, FMCG or consumer products industries
