The Sr. Manager – Employer Branding leads a team that oversees employer branding, careers social media, campus recruiting, and recruiting channels activities for North America. This position partners with Global employer branding teams to align all branding activities around shared company initiatives.

This position manages the overall strategy and direction for university recruiting within major U.S. markets, while partnering on appropriate recruiting channel management programs to ensure the Luxottica brands and function can connect with relevant candidates for open positions.



  • In partnership with the VP Talent and global partners, design, develop, and manage all aspects of U.S. employer branding initiative. Evaluate all aspects of employer branding on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for improvements for the North American region.
  • Design, build and lead the end-to-end Luxottica campus strategy and execute to position Luxottica as an employer of choice on campus for undergraduate and graduate students. Includes school selection and relationship structure, program offerings, national and on-campus event management, employer branding, communication planning and engagement
  • Partner with global branding team on North America social media channels, content and strategy
  • Partner with leadership and other key stakeholders to develop recruitment channel strategy specific to sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
  • Analyze and utilize data for evaluation of recruiting channel accounts to recognize opportunities and drive recruitment results.
  • Aligns with Luxottica's global Talent Acquisition & Communication team on implementing global branding initiatives into the North American region
  • Manage employer brand presence on Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other recruiting channels.
  • Influence and guide HRBPs and business leaders to develop key strategies and build under-graduate, and graduate programs (including M.A., MBA, MBA/JD)
  • Engage senior leadership in campus initiatives and partner with them to build or expand integrated approach to campus recruiting across their business



  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or related area
  • 8+ years of consumer marketing / communications branding or employment branding experience
  • 3 + years’ team leadership, business influence
  • Experience with Careers or Marketing website branding and content
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across functional areas within and external to the Talent Acquisition team; building and maintaining excellent working relationships across the organization with multiple and diverse teams.



  • Masters Degree
  • Recruitment Employment Branding experience in a leading consumer organization
  • Experience within an international matrix organization
