The Sr Web analyst will be responsible for providing insights and driving recommendations for the digital marketing and sales strategies. This includes analyzing and reporting on website traffic, marketing campaign, user behavior and merchandise performance. This position reports to the web analytics manager and partners closely with the Site Merchandising, E-Commerce, CRM, Online marketing and Global Analytics team and will manage website and business reporting for the team.



  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly website and business reporting
  • Analyze behavioral web analytics data to deliver insights, identify gaps in tracking, and make recommendations for optimizations; familiar with marketing channel, user segment, page, clicks, heat maps, checkout funnel and path analysis.
  • Defines and document project work breakdowns, monitors tasks, status, and updates work estimates.
  • Drive analysis of impact after new updates across content or website features are released across the website
  • Develop self-service automated reports to address common analytic requests and help leadership stakeholders understand performance measured
  • Identify site requirement to ensure proper tracking of new pages and new marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner with global analytics team and manager to develop technical requirements for new functionalities in order to have report on relevant KPIs.
  • Work closely with global tagging team to provide troubleshooting assistance for analytics reporting and bug fixes accuracy
  • Train business stakeholders on using Adobe Analytics to enable independent reporting while ensuring consistency and accuracy in data interpretation.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, economics or other quantitative field required.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools for analysis, insight sharing and data presentation
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and their impact on web behavior
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) in an e-commerce environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently
  • Experience in project management methodologies and resource management to ensure project results contribute to business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams engaged in supporting the direct online channel, including sales, marketing, customer support, IT, product and engineering
  • Team player, willing to help out wherever needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



  • Experience using Adobe Debugger or Tealium Debugger preferred
  • Ability to create data visualizations that clearly highlight patterns and insights
