The Manager plans, reports and analyzes financial and operational performance for Sunglass Hut North America to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and drive change throughout the organization. 



  • Create and manage reporting packages leveraging Tableau and Business Objects to empower field and corporate teams, identify opportunities and celebrate top results. Which includes organization of disperse data sources to load into Tableau.
  • Performs ad hoc variance financial analyses. Reading results from testing different initiatives in stores and presenting findings
  • Analyze and monitor store and regional performance and provide field leadership recommendations and action plans, including quantifying the potential via “what-if” analyses for various KPI’s
  • Develop functionality to automate and streamline data collection, reporting and analysis.
  • Gathers, interprets and presents complex financial and operation data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analyzes and benchmarks financial results internally and externally to uncover opportunities and establish best-in-class processes.
  • Participates in special projects in partnership with cross functional teams including Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing and Real Estate.
  • Leads by example through Sunglass Hut’s Key Cultural Indicators: Fun, Shared Wins, Relationships, Inclusion and Drive 



  • S. and/or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
  • 5+ years financial planning and analysis and/or commercial finance experience
  • Advance financial modeling experience
  • Ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Thrive in a dynamic and results driven organization

  • Retail industry experience
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Essbase
  • Knowledge in BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Data Visualization
  • Knowledge of ETL like Tableau Prep or Alteryx
