The E-Commerce Channel Sales Analyst supports the Senior Director, E-Commerce and the e-commerce Account Managers with achieving sales growth within the dynamic e-commerce channel of trade, which includes fashion and optical pure-play e-commerce customers.  The Sales Analyst will be a critical part of the team supporting the identification of growth opportunities and delivering on sales objectives.  The Sales Analyst will bring analytical insights to the E-Commerce sales team, make recommendations to customers, and support forecasting and planning of the e-commerce channel.



  • Support the Sr. Director E-commerce in the achievement of annual performance objectives including sales units, dollars and AUP.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings, assisting in the presentation of collections 3 times per year, entering of procurements, and assortment selections.
  • Recommend customer brand assortments based on sell out performance and new product introductions, and manage assortment lifecycle.
  • Maintain reporting systems to track sell-out performance and customer inventory. Create reporting to measure success of promotional events.
  • Monitor customer’s weekly replenishment order flow and return requests, and provide updated weekly shipment projections.
  • Project weekly and monthly wholesale shipments to feed the company planning cycle.
  • Create annual and quarterly budgets by customers, product category and brand, updated 4 times per year per our budgeting cycle.
  • Calculate quarterly rebate payouts for customers in our optical segment
  • Plans, reconciles and reports the monthly co-op log and workbook.
  • Assist supply planning team with identification of Core and Non-Core items for Amazon collaborative planning process.
  • Deliver timely brand and customer reporting as requested by the brand management team, inventory planning and business intelligence team.
  • Assist Sr. Director E-commerce with presentations for leadership, including weekly business reviews and budget planning meetings.
  • Develop relationships with internal departments including business planning, inventory planning, sales operations to effectively support the Sr. Director E-commerce and drive segment strategies.
  • Collaborative contributor to the team sharing account insight, feedback and analytics.



  • Bachelor’s Degree; concentration in business/finance preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources
  • Results oriented with strong strategic sales approach
  • Strong analytical skills, verbal and written skills , as well as strong presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships
  • Effective project management skills and strong organization/time mgt.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, SAP, Powerpoint



  • 2 years of experience in a similar role involving Product/Assortment sales analysis in CPG, electronics, fashion or retail industries is a Plus
