The role of the Business Development Analyst for Sales Incentives & Promotions is to support the Independent Channel’s Sales Force through the tracking and execution of locally produced value sets and programs that ladder up to corporate brand strategies and overall sales goals. The Analyst will support the team with analyzing the effectiveness and performance of quarterly promotions and sales incentives.



  • Support creation and tracking of quarterly rebate and promotional programs for North America using various reporting tools using Business Objects, SAP and Excel.
  • Partners with brand teams to support business objectives and reports on success of program effectiveness 
  • Supporting all aspects of the quarterly customer programs including tracking, communications, reporting payouts and rebates.
  • Support analysis of promotions and programs for North America using reporting to provide suggestions that maximize channel opportunities to achieve brand growth brand objectives and sales goals.
  • Responsible for monitoring spend on programs and ensuing they stay on track. 



  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience with reporting, data and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Communicates and works effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure with fluctuating deadlines; must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong sense of urgency and must be detail-oriented.
  • Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft  Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Business Objects)



  • Experience working in SAP, Business Objects and Excel
