GENERAL FUNCTION

The Business Data Strategy Analyst  will be responsible for maintaining SAP Marketing Cloud platform for the Luxottica North America Wholesale team. The role will be heavily involved with collaborating with other internal departments to execute communication campaigns, reporting, and data analysis.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the CRM Calendar and SAP Marketing Cloud Campaign executions and tracking
  • Lead execution of CRM Campaigns working with Strategy managers on the campaign development
  • Track and monitor CRM & SAP Marketing Cloud campaign results and develop insights based on findings
  • Showroom/Remote Sales/Acquisition Tracking & ad hoc analysis
  • Support Strategy Manager on training content for One Sales Suite (OSS) and My.Luxottica.com platforms
  • Communication of OSS enhancements and coordination with the Learning & Development Team with Sales Reps
  • Organize & help analyze Customer Service feedback on My.Luxottica.com as well as OSS IT issues from Sales Reps to identify opportunities to appropriate Sales Managers
  • Support Sales Strategy manager on Selling Events execution, including event entry into Sales Events User Interface (SEUI) and reporting

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of related experience
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Internet
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Prioritize and understand when to bring escalated issues to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently AND within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes initiative and is proactive especially in problem-solving
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff
  • Places a high priority on responsiveness

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HTML experience
  • Familiarity with coding logic
