The Customer Master Data Coordinator acts as the central administrator for the company’s internal SAP system.  This department works hand in hand with all other departments’ to ensure the customer data entered into the system is accurate.



  • Processes all Customer Master Data requests for North American wholesale and military sales orgs
  • Works with incoming requests from all departments- ie: credit; distribution; discounts; DC
  • Central point of contact to open and maintain customer profile(s)
  • Maintains sales area data and general data information for all customer records
  • Responsible for system updates pertaining to the customer profile
  • Maintains EDI and VAS specifications
  • Ensures accurate Sales Consultant and Account Managers are assigned to proper divisions for commissions and reporting purposes
  • Works directly with IT department for systematic malfunctions
  • Maintains a 24-48 turn-around time for all incoming requests



  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years of related experience
  • Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet;
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects
  • Prioritization and understanding when to bring escalated issues to management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently AND within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes initiative
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff
  • Places a high priority on responsiveness



  • SAP knowledge is a must
