The Sales Operations Supervisor oversees the operational needs of the Sales Support team to ensure the team provides a high level of service to customers while achieving business goals.


  • Leads a successful Sales Operations team ensuring effective execution and delivery of all sales operations processes and procedures.
  • Works with Sales team to create and maintain a culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of the team.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for Sales Team Managers and Directors.
  • Works with Sales team to motivate and drive performance.
  • Works closely with Account Manager and Customer to drive strategy through discussions with Sales Team.
  • Partners with Sr. Manager to analyze performance metrics data and leverages it to effectively develop the sales operation team.
  • Acts as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal functions.
  • Remains knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
  • Identifies opportunities and weaknesses within the process and makes proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.
  • Works effectively with internal support departments (Supply Chain, Credit, IT, Business Intelligence) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
  • Attends customer meetings promoting the connection between Luxottica and Customers in all the function beside sales.


  • BA/BS in Business or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales operations or sales/customer support environment
  • Solid experience within the fashion and the consumer goods industries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to develop constructive and effective relationships with direct report team, cross-functional partners and external customers
  • Experience working on a legacy/enterprise database system and input and retrieve data
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Openness to change and confidence within both mature and non-mature environments
  • Self-starter and results driven with ability to work under pressure and in changing environments
