The Senior Planner is responsible for contributing to the profit and growth of the North America Wholesale division by managing bulk and implementation orders for wholesale customers and implementing market strategy in digital systems. Main functions include creating and monitoring production orders, ensuring customer ordering compliance, analyzing sales plans, effective problem solving, decision making, data mining. The Senior Planner must be comfortable pulling and presenting data, reviewing data to draw conclusions, and executing strategic decisions as result. He/She will liaise with sales team, marketing, business planning team, product, corporate planning, corporate market strategy, and other cross functional groups to achieve collaboration, consensus, and high level of service to the customer.



  • Lead and coach procurement team for best results
  • Manage creation and monitoring of production orders, ensuring timeliness of delivery and root causing any issue that results in delayed delivery
  • Verify production order quantities in alignment with the sales plan and the market need
  • Manage production output reports and proactively identify possible delays
  • Review sales plans and proactively identify needs for procurements
  • Partner and work closely with sales and business planning to ensure alignment across teams on end to end planning for top customers and channels: from creation of the sales plan to shipment to the customer
  • Analyze and present data to leadership team on procurements and market strategy performance
  • Ensure customer ordering compliance in alignment with market strategy, and work cross functionally with market strategy partners to maintain the correct systems setup for customer ordering
  • Manage timely resolutions to ticket requests for visibility issues on any digital platform related to market strategy rules
  • Ad hoc assistance in problem solving any supply chain issue which could result in lower service level to the customer
  • Provide ad hoc inputs and analysis to others in supply chain to maximize effective decision making.
  • Assistance on supply chain projects where needed



  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business/finance, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain or related field
  • Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create forecast, analyze & prepare statistical reports.
  • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively through data
  • Expert PC skills especially in MS office (EXCEL, Access, Power point)



  • Experience with Power BI, Business Objects
  • Experience with SAP and planning software (such as DPM, SAP or other planning software)
  • Professional certification (APICS or IBF)
