GENERAL FUNCTION

This position provides analytical and data management to support goals and objectives of the Wearables team. This individual with report directly to the SVP of Wearables as well as partner with additional Wearables Team members on key projects (related to growth, business opportunity etc), drives implementation and tracks results.

   

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and customer experience
  • Responsible for compiling business insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Design, develop and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance
  • Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmark pertaining to short and long term planning and forecasting
  • Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain data integrity of all relevant operational and Wearables project data.
  • Archive project documentation, results and any relevant information related to brand Wearables activity.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering executive-level presentations to key business leaders.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, developing reports and presentations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets) and Power Point.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business or Finance preferred
