The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for the day to day product-related activity of the Eyewear Brands in the North America Market, ensuring that product management in assigned brands is implemented with excellence.


  • Maintains general product knowledge (current and future collections, technologies, styles features, catwalk/special collections).
  • Understands market trends affecting the brand, competitive landscape and specific product needs.
  • Collects and organizes feedback on products and shares it internally.
  • Develops and maintains updated product copy for key internal and external use.
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports on product performance.
  • Oversees assortments and product mixes for the different sales channel of trade and Special Customers.
  • Manages Early Releases (Avant-premiers) for all Department Store and Key Account customers.
  • Suggests changes to current assortments and supports planning and sales teams in updating customer assortments.
  • Coordinates samples management for special initiatives such as photo shoots or Co-op ads.
  • Conducts pricing and key product analysis to support the brand.
  • Acts as key liaison to North American product team and Global Line Planners to report on North American Wholesale Product needs.
  • Manages collection and product releases calendar for all sales channel of trade
  • Prepares material and presents collections to Sales teams at Market weeks.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of product or merchandising experience,
  • Excellent written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and passion for Luxury goods and fashion
  • Maintains a professional relationship and open line of communication with all business contacts, executives, sales force personnel and customers


  • Bachelor’s degree; concentration in marketing or business administration
  • 3+ years of product or merchandising experience, preferably working with Eyewear or Image-based brands (Jewelry, Beauty, Fashion, Spirits, etc)
