The Asset Protection Supervisor is responsible for the Asset Protection functions at the designated Supply Chain Facility with direct report responsibility to the Director of Asset Protection, NA Supply Chain. The Asset Protection Supervisor (APS) is instrumental in the implementation, development, maintenance, and leadership of the Asset Protection / Security Programs for the facility.



  • Supervises Asset Protection Associates as assigned
  • Supervises all contract security associates
  • Identifying incidents of theft and fraud (Internal / External)
    Schedules Asset Protection Coordinators as assigned to ensure coverage of facility as required
  • Coordinates with contract guard leadership scheduling all security associates to ensure coverage of the facilities
  • Reviews and approves weekly payroll records for AP Coordinators as assigned
  • Assist AP Leadership in administering AP Coordinators performance expectations and reviews as assigned
  • Supports Field Asset Protection team with preliminary shipment theft investigations
  • Monitors Order Management System for fraudulent activity
  • Assists with monitoring all fire and burglar alarm systems for the facilities
  • Maintains the physical security of facility/s by inspecting operational controls
  • Audits & reviews Asset Protection paperwork to include logs, request forms and reports
  • Researches, evaluates, and investigates incidents originating from the facility
  • Ensures that the Asset Protection / Security equipment is secure and in good working order
  • Assist AP Leadership in Administering the Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Assist AP Leadership in Developing and implementing strategies to control losses within the facility
  • Coordinates the completion of projects as assigned by Director of Asset Protection, NA Supply Chain
  • Assist AP Leadership in implementing Asset Protection Policy & Procedure Manual
  • Assist AP Senior Director Supply Chain on implementation and oversight of LiveSafe across North America
  • Oversees Asset Protection KPI Monthly Metric Scorecard for North America
  • Develops Quarterly AP Newsletter to Supply Chain Leaders across North America
  • Conducts CTPAT AP Transportation Carrier Audits as assigned by AP Supply Chain Leadership.



  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years Asset Protection experience with 1-3 years at a supervisory or management level
  • Ability to make good sound decisions and involve appropriate partners
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to prioritize and manage time for self and others
  • Ability to develop & implement strategies from available information & resources.
  • High sense of urgency and maintains excellent customer service levels
  • Knowledge of basic computer office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
