GENERAL FUNCTION

The CRM Manager supports relevant Pearle Vision and Retail Licensed Brands stakeholders by planning and coordinating consumer-centric strategies.  The Manager is responsible for interpreting data to shape effective campaigns, including creative development, targeting, offer selection, and reporting, through all aspects of 1-1 marketing. The Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the campaigns are executed on time and within budget.  

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign strategy including creative development, targeting, offer selection and reporting
  • Works daily with Direct Mail and Email vendors to execute campaigns on time and on budget
  • Responsible for ongoing test and learn, driving to improved effectiveness that can be leveraged across all optical brands
  • Makes campaign decisions based on data interpretation and results to impact future campaigns
  • Provides offer recommendations based on campaign results and 1:1 strategy
  • Manages the CRM calendar and work plans
  • Responsible for budget management, including PO creation and communication of changes to the brand

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Retail Experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel
