The Specialist supports activities across all Optical brands to enable campaign development and deployment. This includes vendor quote management and requests, invoice processing, budget documentation, approval management and CRM campaign support. The Specialist is responsible for accuracy, tracking, management and communication of responsibilities with the relevant stakeholders.



  • Ensure all invoices processed by Finance deadlines to meet payment due dates
  • Partner with CRM leads on PO revisions as needed when invoicing and/or changes in forecast occurs
  • Establish documentation for global approval from vendor quotes timely & accurately; partner with brand for required alignment
  • Manage tracking process & documentation with CRM brand partner
  • Ensure USPS postage account sufficiently funded to ensure timely deployment of direct mail campaigns; partner with brand leads to balance postage account
  • Communicate monthly postage distributions accurately & timely in partnership with Finance
  • Provide Monthly Creative Updates to brand partners on behalf of CRM
  • Develop quarterly Competitor Review
  • Manage store mailings across Optical Retail
  • Develop procedural updates to increase efficiency across areas of responsibility



  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Retail Experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel
