GENERAL FUNCTION

The Marketing Manager is responsible for member marketing initiatives, including planning, execution and analysis with a focus on content management, digital marketing and analytics. The Manager works cross-functionally within EyeMed and across Luxottica brands to provide a leading member experience and displays exemplary project management skills.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defines and provides a consistent, cohesive member experience across web sites, digital tools, email and direct mail.
  • Utilizes a content management system (CMS) to update content, test sites and ensure requirements are met.
  • Reimagines our digital tools and proactively recommends enhancements, upgrades and ways to streamline current processes.
  • Utilizes Adobe Analytics and establishes relevant digital measurement, regularly updates dashboards, and provides analysis of results.
  • Manages content across multiple platforms including public sites, protected sites, text and email.
  • Works directly with Account Managers, IT and Marketing to document and develop requirements for new or enhanced web sites or digital tools.
  • Supports member run the business marketing requests including but not limited to print materials, member mailings and open enrollment materials.
  • Oversees creative development of member assets and ensures materials are developed based on the appropriate brand requirements.
  • Develops briefs, ensures internal alignment and monitors service providers to ensure deliverables meet branding standards, budget requirements and timing.
  • Supports budget management process for member marketing initiatives.
  • Tracks projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Proactively identifies changes and issues, actively works to resolve, and communicates status to all impacted parties.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Strategic mindset
  • Excellent project management skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience utilizing content management systems
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Experience with email platforms
  • Understanding of optical retail industry
  • Understanding of healthcare / vision care industry
