The role manages day-to-day issues and transformational initiatives in the lenses category. Scope includes assortment changes for lenses and contact lenses, introduction or evolution of lens selling tools, training for field and stores, and other projects to support the lens category growth and customer experience with lenses.



  • Provide day-to-day support to stores on category initiatives covering lenses, contact lenses, and promotions to ensure smooth operations and meet store and customer needs
  • Manage large scale lens initiatives to evolve assortment and/or lens selling practices and tools, e.g., Elevate Lens, Progressives Digitization, Lens Simulator
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold partners accountable for work on lens-related topics. Own business requirements and represent lenses category in cross-functional contexts, e.g., website, CRM
  • Support lens training programs with expertise and content, e.g., Enhancements Training 
  • Collaborate with operations, field, vendors and other partners in testing and/or rolling out lenses related initiatives, e.g., Transitions growth initiatives
  • Manage implementation and sustainment of Eye Wellness Category supporting contact lens category growth and expansion



  • BA degree with concentration in marketing, business operations, or related fields
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate
  • Ability to manage big complicated projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of lenses and customer experience
  • 5+ experience in brand management, product management and/or retail marketing



  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management certification and experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, take initiative, bring ideas to the team
  • Ability to hold colleagues accountable
