This role supports the growth of Pearle Vision locations by accurately analyzing competitive data as well as being a relationship owner with franchise broker networks. Further, this role creates reporting and compiles information to assist in decision making by the sales team supporting Pearle Vision Licensing and Development. Will create and foster positive relationships both internally and externally to drive the number of deals closed. This role will assist with project management and initiatives.



  • Primary liaison and relationship owner with franchise broker networks
  • Completion of competitive analysis with other potential optical retail opportunities
  • Analyze the value proposition and compare with competitors.
  • Effectively represents the brand value proposition as a franchise opportunity to brokers and prospective owners.
  • Develops relationships with brokers via in-market initiatives to grow sales.
  • Executes quote requests, follows up and facilitates sales process to exceed broker expectations.
  • Collaborates with sales team to develop sales strategy and deliver quotes.
  • Leverages internal partners and departments to facilitate sales process
  • Educate broker constituents through multiple types of communication channels, including in person.
  • Executes post-quote activity to refine and achieve broker satisfaction and ultimate acceptance of the proposal.
  • Takes accountability for accuracy and completeness of all pipeline reporting to Development & Licensing team along with other internal business partners.
  • Partners with brand communication lead to help the facilitation of communication plans, content development and delivery to prospective Pearle Vision Licensed Owners.
  • Provides prospective License Owner support and assistance addressing questions, issues and crisis resolution.
  • Primary liaison between our Development & Licensing teams, potential Pearle Vision Licensed Owners, and internal shared service organizations.
  • Creates and follows timelines for special projects. Documents meeting notes, next steps and provides status updates.
  • Supports other strategic initiatives and projects of the Development & Licensing team as needed.


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in retail industry environment
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal driven high performer with demonstrated success
  • Self starter with high level of initiative
  • Sense of urgency responding to customers/brokers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize handling of issues
  • Organized and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook



  • Knowledge of Brokerage industry
