GENERAL FUNCTION

The Recruiting Administrator (Employer Branding)supports digital employer branding strategies and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition department to increase brand awareness and candidate flow offline and online. This position will help to elevate brand awareness and education, with the main goal of increased applications to open positions across the U.S. The Recruiting Administrator (Employer Branding) will also help support event planning and execution, including campus recruiting activities.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing, implementing and managing employer branding activities for online platforms as well as physical employer branding efforts at recruiting events.
  • Collaborate with the Milan Employer Branding team on global initiatives.
  • Work with third party employer branding companies to increase candidate engagement. This includes an increase in brand impressions, clicks, and applications into the Applicant Tracking System from social media sources.
  • Come up with inovative new ideas on how to improve employer branding efforts and implement ideas into actionable efforts with quantifiable results.
  • Track and evaluate the success of each initiative with data and metrics while adjusting the strategy as needed.
  • Build relationships with brand marketing teams in order to understand the different brand voices and identities.
  • Monitor and report on the retail brand presences on external job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and more.
  • Work with third party vendors to create and order new employer branding materials to be used at recruiting events.
  • Assist in the coordination of employer branding events including campus recruitment and field hiring initiatives.
  • Properly display and market all digital content gathered through various employer branding events.
  • Work on campus/intern recruiting projects including conducting phone screens, and helping to drive the hiring process.
  • Uphold brand standards and consistency across all social media tools.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding with a focus in driving increases in candidate engagement.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Entrepreneurial individual who can follow an idea from inception through implementation.
  • Experience with digital content creation.
  • Event coordination experience.
  • Clear understanding and point of view on content, brand voice, and tone.
  • Ability to effectively partner with internal teams while managing complex cross-functional relationships in a rapidly-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report on data.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fashion retail experience
  • Experience working with third party Marketing agencies.
